The Foyle Food Group requires an Industrial Hygiene Supervisor, in our Retail packing operations, Foyle Ingredients, located on the Foyle Omagh site, 52 Doogary Road, Omagh Co. Tyrone. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established food processing Company in the UK and Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the hygiene team and hygiene facilities for the Foyle Ingredients site. Working as part of a team to ensure that all current hygiene and cleaning standards are adhered to.
Hours of operation for the role are currently Monday – Friday totalling 40 hours per week between 5pm > 2am during standard operations and 9pm > 6am when the evening shift is in place, with opportunities to undertake additional hours at the weekend.
Essential Criteria:
• Previous experience within a Hygiene Supervisor role
• Previous experience with use of chemicals and awareness of chemical safety
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Awareness of Health & Safety
• Be flexible and reliable in approach to meet the demands of a busy department
• Ability to adapt to physically demanding work, with a can-do attitude and commitment to safety
Desirable Criteria:

The Foyle Food Group requires General Operatives for our Foyle Ingredients Retail packing plant, located on the Foyle Omagh site, 52 Doogary Road, Omagh Co. Tyrone. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established food processing Company in the UK and Ireland.

Positions available which are suitable for students looking work during the summer break, previous experience is not required as all training will be provided.

The successful candidates will be part of a busy production team. Key responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to:
• Maintain the effective and efficient running of the production line.
• Ensuring quality standards are met at all times.
• Providing assistance to other members of the team when available.
• Any other reasonable tasks as requested by Senior Management.

We currently operate on a Day Shift basis, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday work. Totalling 40 hours per week between 0600 > 2000 with opportunities to undertake additional hours. We pay operators, off all ages £10.00 per hour (UK National Living Wage £9.50 plus additional premium £0.50).

Foyle Omagh requires a Fabrication / Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance Engineer at their site on the outskirts of Omagh, Co Tyrone. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established beef processing Company in the UK and Ireland.

The successful candidate will be part of the Foyle Omagh Maintenance team, assisting in the day-to-day and preventative maintenance programmes.

The shifts for the day shift operations are currently 0600 > 1530 and 0800 > 1730. Totalling 45 hours per week with opportunities to undertake additional hours. Occasional preventative maintenance work on a Saturday and Sunday.

Essential Criteria:
• Minimum NVQ level 3 in either Fabrication / Welding, Mechanical / Maintenance Engineering or alternatively Electrical Installation
• Previous experience in either TIG welding equipment, three phase electrical equipment or previous experience within a maintenance / mechanical role
• Flexible approach to working hours
• Ability to work in a team in a pressurised environment

Desirable Criteria:
• Multi-skilled and have experience in a similar role with a recognised apprenticeship
• Previous experience in a food processing environment

Foyle Gloucester requires Operatives to undertake packing duties on a fixed term contract. These roles will be based at our Cinderford site in the Forest of Dean.

This opportunity is suitable for students (i.e. school leavers, college students and university students) looking for work during the summer break.

Previous experience is not required as all training will be given.

The hours of work for those aged between 16 and 17 years of age is 8 working hours per day Monday to Friday to a maximum of 40 hours per week.

For those 18 years and over the opportunity to undertake overtime will be available once 40 hours have been worked.
