INFORMATION

The Foyle Food Group requires a Retail Sales Support Administrator focused on retail account administration to be based in the Shared Services Centre located within the Foyle Omagh site, on the outskirts of Omagh, Co Tyrone. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest Red Meat processing Companies in the UK and Ireland.

Hours of work are generally 40 hrs between 0800 and 1800 – there is some overtime with the position and the successful candidate needs to be available to work during busy periods. The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Sales Administration Manager.

Duties
• Receiving and processing purchase orders
• Administration of supply chain issues
• Liaise with credit control in the management of retail customer debt
• Actively resolve customer queries in a timely manner
• Support commercial manager with tasks such as promotional plans, customer complaints and day to day customer requirements

Essential Criteria
• Minimum of 4 GCSE’s (including Math’s and English) / equivalent or 3 years’ experience in office administration
• Proficient I.T skills including excel and experience of accounting software. E.g- Microsoft
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to work on own initiative, strong attention to detail
• Flexible approach to working hours
• Ad hoc duties

The Foyle Food Group is seeking Finance Administrators to be based at our Shared Service Centre located on the Foyle Omagh site. This is a full-time permanent post. The Finance Administrator role is a multi-functional role with the successful candidate cross trained to fulfil a number of roles:

• Purchase Ledger
• Cash Allocations
• Invoicing
• General administration duties

Essential Criteria:

• Working knowledge of Purchase Ledger operations
• Working knowledge of Cash Allocation systems
• Working knowledge of Invoicing

Payroll Administrator

INFORMATION

Foyle Omagh requires a Payroll Administrator to be based within the Foyle Omagh site on the Doogary Road on the outskirts of Omagh. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of most progressive beef processing groups in Ireland and the UK. We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to administer the payroll function for the Omagh site and to assist with other general admin duties when applicable. This role will be based on the Foyle Omagh site.

Hours of work > 40 hours Monday- Friday (times to be agreed with successful candidate)

Duties include:
• Processing the Weekly & Monthly payrolls for employees on site within allocated time frame.
• Maintain weekly/monthly payroll reports
• Manage new start/leaver information
• Updating information on the HR Time Management System
• Process statutory payments
• Liaison with Finance function
• Ad hoc Finance / HR duties as and when required

Essential Criteria:
• Previous experience of processing payroll
• Have a knowledge of PAYE, NIC and Government returns
• Excellent IT Skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Sage Payroll or similar system
• General administration experience
• Ability to work in a fast-moving pressurised environment.

The Foyle Food Group requires an International Trade Administrator to be based in the Shared Services Centre located within the Foyle Omagh site, on the outskirts of Omagh, Co Tyrone. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest Red Meat processing Companies in the UK and Ireland.

Hours of work are generally 40 hrs between 0800 and 1800 – there is some overtime with the position and the successful candidate needs to be available to work occasional Saturdays during busy periods / holiday cover etc. The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the International Markets Manager and will be responsible for managing stocks and full order process as well as successfully communicating with clients and FFG operatives, ensuring clients receive highest level of customer service.
