Production Supervisor Job Ref: DMP/PS/2008
This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding, leading edge red meat processing Company. Reporting directly to the Department Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring the day to day activities of a large production team within the site. With proven leadership skills you will be accountable for motivating staff to operate effectively and efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of Health, Safety and Hygiene.
The ideal candidate must have:-
Over 3 year’s relevant Supervisory experience within a high volume production environment.
Proven achievement of maximising production and quality through resource management.
Ability to appraise and review targets through key performance indicators.
Experience in managing disciplinary areas of attendance, performance and general conduct.
Desired Criteria:
Basic knowledge of food legislation
Understanding of Health & Safety legislation
IT skills
NVQ Level 3 in Supervisory Management or equivelant
