They must also possess the following skills:
- Third level education
- 5 years experience in a senior sales position
- Working knowledge of Microsoft word & Excel
Duties include
- Management of the sales team / function - Beef. Lamb. Pork
- Development of Sales strategy at site level and input towards Group strategy
- Establish new customer contracts, research new / alternative market opportunities
- Responsibility for analysis in product trends
- Management of logistic functions
- Direct customer sales
- Provide regular weekly and monthly reports to the site manager and FFG Commercial Director
Wages will be negotiable depending on qualifications and experience
