Cookstown's Silver Surfers
Two employees from our Cookstown site – Janine Boyd and Patrick Rodgers –have attended a ‘Silver Surfers’ day at Dungannon Library.
The full day involved teaching local pensioners the basics techniques of computer usage as well showing them how to navigate the internet.
This involved setting up e-mail accounts, how to attach files, how to send e-mails as well demonstrating basic use of Microsoft office applications.
