The Foyle Food Group is seeking to recruit an IT/IS Infrastructure Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of most progressive beef processing groups in the UK and Ireland.
The successful applicant’s primary focus will be administration, setup and support of IT/IS services within the Foyle Food Group.
Essential Criteria:
• Excellent knowledge and 2- 5 years’ experience of core IT infrastructure
• Experience of Microsoft 365 / Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy Management
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2019, 2022 including patch management, server hardening and security implementation
• Experience of Hypervisors (Hyper V), managing of SAN and data backup systems
• Experience of Microsoft Azure
• Strong understanding of IT Security, current threat landscapes and best practices
• Excellent fault-finding capability.
• Available to travel throughout the Foyle Food Group
• Driving licence and access to a car
Desirable Criteria:
• Knowledge of Cisco Switching / Install, Config, Manage.
• Knowledge of Firewall Management / Security / Configuration.
• Mobile Phone Management / Configuration and Support.
• Experience of working in a team and understanding of Food Industry & QC.

INFORMATION
The Foyle Food Group requires a Trainee Shift Manager for our Retail Packing Operations at our Foyle Ingredients site in Omagh, Co. Tyrone. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established food processing Company in the UK and Ireland.
The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager and Operational Manager, and will work closely with Supervisors, Line Leaders and Technical personnel to oversee the day-to-day running of the facility to ensure the on-time delivery of premium products.
We are seeking for a candidate who thrives in a fast paced, pressurised environment. Working to exacting specifications and targets, getting the best out of both people and equipment within the facility.
Essential Criteria:
• 3rd Level Education or equivalent in a food or agriculture related subject or previous Supervisory experience within a production factory environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated with the willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a pressurised environment
• A keen eye for detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• IT literate
• Reliable, flexible, and punctual
Desirable Criteria:

Foyle Proteins require a General Operator to be based at our rendering plant in Campsie, Londonderry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a modern rendering plant in N. Ireland. We are currently looking for a shift operator, the ideal candidate will have a mechanical / engineering background with working knowledge of pumps, motors and filters.
