Production Operative

Locations: Foyle Food Group – Foyle Omagh
Closing Date: 31/03/2019

Foyle Omagh requires General Operatives to be based at their site on the outskirts of Omagh, County Tyrone. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of most progressive beef processing groups in the UK and Ireland.

The successful candidates will undertake operations in both the Beef Boning and Slaughter Halls on site – full training will be provided to use cutting equipment to enable employees to attain their full potential.

Hrs of work Beef Boning Hall > 0700 > 1730

4 x 10hr shifts each week with a rotating day off – 4-day weekend every 5 weeks.

Beef Slaughter Hall > 0830 > 1630 – 5 x 8hr shifts each week

(Production units are operational on Saturdays between the 1st Oct and the end of November)

Minimum hourly rate of £8 per hour regardless of age

Essential Criteria:

 Willingness to learn and the ability to work as part of a team

  • Good communication skills

    Facilities Cleaner

    Locations: Foyle Food Group – Foyle Gloucester
    Closing Date: 03/04/2019

    Foyle Gloucester requires a Facilities Cleaner to be based at their Cinderford site. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established food processing group.

    The hours for this role are 30 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, start and finish times are negotiable.

    The successful applicant should:

    • Cleaning Canteen, Changing Rooms, Toilet/Washroom Facilities, Offices, Meeting Rooms, Main Entrance etc.
    • Cleaning using the specific chemicals provided
    • Be able to commit to the required hours of this role and potential additional hours as and when the business requires

    Duties to include:

    • Cleaning Canteen, Changing Rooms, Offices, Meeting Rooms, Main Entrance etc.
    • Cleaning the washroom facilities using the specific chemicals provided
    • Emptying waste containers
    • Any additional duties written in the cleaning schedule

    Experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.

      Sales Administration Assistant

      Locations: Foyle Food Group – Shared Service Centre Omagh
      Closing Date: 24/03/2019

      The Foyle Food Group requires Sales Support Administrators to be based in the Shared Services Centre located within the Foyle Omagh site, on the outskirts of Omagh, Co Tyrone. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest Red Meat processing Companies in the UK and Ireland.

      Hours of work are generally 40 hrs between 0800 and 1800 – there is some overtime with the position and the successful candidate needs to be available to work occasional Saturdays during busy periods / holiday cover etc.

      Essential Criteria:

      • Minimum of 4 GCSE’s (including Maths and English) / equivalent or 2 years’ experience in an administration role
      • Possess good planning and organisational skills
      • High attention to detail
      • Good communicator
      • Computer literate
      • Team player, flexible and reliable in approach

      Desired Criteria:

      • Previous experience in a sales office environment
      • Previous experience in a shipping role

      Business Intelligence Analyst

      Locations: Foyle Food Group – Omagh

      The Foyle Food Group is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the established Group IT/IS team at the Foyle Omagh site based on the outskirts of Omagh town. This new role will help develop and implement the business requirements for BI using range of tools and data visualisation, the role holder will need to develop robust and meaningful reporting and insight that will inform and steer stakeholders and support strategy leading initiatives

        • The development and production of high quality analysis and reporting – including Regular Insight reports
        • Ad hoc reporting
        • BI dashboards/scorecards
        • Collect, mine, analyse and communicate complex data in order to drive effective and beneficial change
        • Developing forward looking forecasts, insight, analysis and modelling
